Fry pancakes in a hot frying pan. Before frying the first pancake, grease the pan with sunflower oil; when frying the rest of the pancakes, oil is not required, since it is present in the dough. Put 2-3 tablespoons of dough in a frying pan and form a pancake of the required diameter. Fry it until golden brown and turn it over to the other side, fry for another 30 seconds and remove. When all the pancakes are baked, let them cool slightly.
Peel the onions, rinse and chop them into small cubes. We put it in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil and fry. Then put the minced meat in the same pan, add salt and pepper, fry it under the lid until tender. During this time, boil hard-boiled eggs. We clean them and cut them into small cubes. Remove the minced meat from the heat, put it on a plate, add the egg and chopped green onions. Mix everything well.
