Usually pancakes are filled with ready-made meat filling, pre-fried separately. In this recipe, we suggest wrapping raw minced meat in pancakes and baking everything together in the oven. The filling turns out to be very juicy and delicate, and the pancakes themselves are soaked in meat juice and become more saturated.

Beat eggs with salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add half the milk norm, mix. Pour in flour, mix with a whisk or mixer until smooth. Pour in the remaining milk and mix until a liquid dough consistency is obtained. Finally, add vegetable oil and mix. Before frying the first pancake, grease the pan with vegetable oil. Fry flat pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Put the finished pancakes in a stack on a flat plate.

In a separate container, mix chopped onions with minced meat, garlic passed through a press, salt and black pepper to taste. Pour loaf slices with enough water to completely cover them, let stand for five minutes. Then we squeeze the concrete out of excess liquid with our hands and add to the minced meat, knead until smooth.

From the prepared minced meat we form sausages according to the size and number of pancakes, so that it is convenient to wrap such a filling.

We put the formed tubes with meat in a greased form. On top of the tubes, squeeze the mayonnaise net from the bag with the cut off corner. We put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees at a medium level. We bake for half an hour, until the minced meat is completely baked and the pancakes are well browned. Serve hot.
