Pancakes with ham and mushrooms baked in the oven in a fragrant creamy sauce will definitely decorate your table. How tasty and satisfying they are!

Beat the eggs into a saucepan, add 2/3 of the milk and stir. Add the sifted flour, soda, oil in parts and salt a little. Stir the dough well so that no lumps remain and pour in the remaining milk. Thick dough is easier to smooth.

In a well-heated, oiled skillet, fry the pancakes on both sides and stack on top of each other on a plate.

Peel the mushrooms, rinse and cut into plates. Transfer them to a hot skillet and saute for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
