Let's make pancake dough. Drive chicken eggs into a convenient bowl, add salt and granulated sugar. Beat everything until smooth. Then pour half of the required amount of milk into the egg mixture. The milk should be preheated to a warm state. Add sifted wheat flour to the total mixture, mix everything until the dough is homogeneous. After that, pour in the remaining milk and vegetable oil, mix everything and leave the dough for 15 minutes.

We put the pan on a moderate heat, grease with a little vegetable oil and heat it up. Pour the dough into a preheated frying pan using a ladle and begin to fry the pancakes. Fry the pancakes using all the dough, then stack them on top of each other.

The liver must be thawed and cut into small pieces. Fry it in a preheated pan with vegetable oil for 10 minutes until golden brown.
