A traditional Russian festive dish is pancakes with red fish and caviar. We offer you a completely simple recipe for homemade pancakes in milk with the addition of pure drinking water: adhering to it, you will be able to bake many thin, delicate pancakes without any problems, which are then greased with soft curd cheese and served with any red fish, for example, salmon. The top of the pancakes can be decorated with red caviar.

You can cut raw parsley into pancake dough, as this herb goes well with fish. First, wash, dry and chop a bunch of parsley. Then break an egg into a large bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, milk and vegetable oil, as well as parsley. Knead to a smooth, lump-free dough.
