Pancakes with salted filling

Thin pancakes with milk and eggs can be decorated very beautifully and unusually - in the form of bags. And inside each we will place an amazing filling of chicken fillet, fried mushrooms, cheese and pickles. Such a dish will decorate the festive table and will be an excellent snack for any celebration and any age of guests.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add salt and stir until slightly foamy. Heat the milk a little and pour into a bowl. Add sugar and stir.

Sift flour with soda, add a little to the dough and stir until smooth so that there are no lumps.

Pour oil into the liquid mass and mix well. Set aside for 30 minutes. In the meantime, put the chicken fillet to cook, it will take about 20 minutes.

Preheat a greased skillet. Gather the dough with a scoop, pour into the pan and, turning it on the weight, let the dough spread over the entire area. Fry the pancakes over low heat, and when the top side stops shining and the bottom is browned, turn it over. The second side will cook faster. Stack pancakes on a flat plate.

Divide the boiled and cooled fillet into small pieces.

Chop the cucumbers into small cubes.

Peel the onion, rinse and chop finely with a knife. Heat a skillet with oil and fry for 2 minutes.
