Thin pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese are a delicious dish that will surely please even those who do not like cottage cheese. Pancakes with cottage cheese are perfect for a delicious breakfast or snack. Ready stuffed pancakes are fried in a pan or baked in the oven.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add two tablespoons of granulated sugar and salt. Using a whisk, mix well.

Heat the milk a little, combine it with boiled water, and gradually pour into the egg mass. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.

Sift wheat flour together with baking soda into a separate container, stir. In several steps, add to the liquid ingredients, stirring well with a whisk until smooth. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes at room temperature. Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into the rested dough.

Heat the pan well, grease the surface with a drop of oil. Using a ladle, spread the pancake dough evenly. Fry until the top of the pancake is dull, turn over to the other side with a wooden spatula and cook for about a minute. Thus, fry all the pancakes.
