We offer you another option for making pancakes - with curd filling. Instead of sugar, add banana to the filling, it goes well with cottage cheese, giving it sweetness and the necessary mousse consistency. As a result, we get delicate thin pancakes with an airy mousse filling.

Beat eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and beat with a whisk until smooth.

Then add milk and sifted flour to the dough one by one. Each time, kneading well, so that the dough comes out without lumps.

We bake pancakes in a hot non-stick frying pan, preferably without using oil. To do this, before baking the first pancake, coat the hot pan well with ghee or butter. Pour half a ladle of dough into the pan, distribute the dough over the pan, tilting it in different directions. Fry the pancake until golden brown and turn over. Fry the pancake on the back for about a minute and remove from the pan.
