Pancakes with cottage cheese in the oven

It is pleasant to put such a dish on a festive table and meet long-awaited guests. When baked, the pancakes become ruddy, and the delicate curd filling with raisins and candied fruits simply melts in your mouth.

Add the liquid ingredients to the sifted flour and salt and stir the dough until smooth. Leave it to stand for 25 minutes. Stir again thoroughly.

Heat the frying pan well, grease it with oil and pour a portion of dough with a ladle, fry the pancake until golden brown. Flip it over with a flat spatula and fry on the other side. Set aside the pancakes in the room to cool down and start filling.

Rub the cottage cheese with a spoon through a sieve and put on a plate. Separate the yolks from the eggs and add to the curd. Add sugar, vanillin, starch, sour cream. Transfer the raisins and candied fruits to the curd blank and stir thoroughly so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Beat the whites until thick foam and transfer them to the cottage cheese. Stir the filling very gently with a spatula.

Grease each pancake with curd filling, wrap with a tube and cut into 2 parts.

Take a deep heat-resistant mold and lay it with the cut down next to each other. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with cream and powdered sugar and pour over pancakes.
