In our family, pancakes are a favorite weekend dish. We prepare them for breakfast. The whole family gathers at the table and everyone is treated to pancakes with his favorite jam, condensed milk or melted butter. Since we are very fond of cottage cheese, pancakes with curd mass take a special place on our table. With cottage cheese filling and dried fruits, it is, by the way, perfect for a light and nutritious breakfast.

Beat the egg into a deep bowl, sift the flour and add half the milk norm, mix everything well so that there are no lumps. Next, we introduce the remaining milk.

Dissolve sugar and salt in water. Add water to the dough in two or three stages, stirring constantly.
