In our family, pancakes are a favorite weekend dish. We prepare them for breakfast. The whole family gathers at the table and everyone is treated to pancakes with his favorite jam, condensed milk or melted butter. Since we are very fond of cottage cheese, pancakes with curd mass take a special place on our table. With cottage cheese filling and dried fruits, it is, by the way, perfect for a light and nutritious breakfast.

Put the pan for baking pancakes over medium heat. Lubricate the pan a little with vegetable oil. Put 2-3 tablespoons of dough in the pan, distribute it over the pan and fry the pancake until golden brown. Then turn over and fry for another 30 seconds. We put the finished pancakes in a pile, smearing them with butter.
