We offer you another option for making pancakes - with apple filling. Delicate thin pancakes combined with aromatic apple filling stewed in caramel with cinnamon. These pancakes will serve as a great breakfast idea and will bring the whole family together for tea!

Beat eggs with sugar and salt. We add sifted flour and gradually in several stages we introduce milk, stirring the dough well so that there are no lumps. We get a liquid smooth dough. We bake thin pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, slightly oiled.

We start preparing the filling: we wash the apples, peel and core and chop them into small cubes. Pour sugar into the pan and heat it until it melts and begins to darken. Then add butter to the sugar.

Add apples to the resulting caramel and mix well. Reduce the heat and leave the apples to simmer a little under the lid for 3-5 minutes. Then add cinnamon to the filling and mix well.
