The recipe for pancakes with yeast, like in the village at grandmother's. Despite the fact that they are thick, the pancakes remain very elastic and are suitable for wrapping the filling.

Dissolve the yeast in half a glass of warm milk, add three tablespoons of sifted flour, a tablespoon of sugar, mix the ingredients until smooth. Cover the dough with a lid and leave for 20 minutes.
