Pancakes are a favorite dish of many. Such a delicacy is prepared quickly and easily. Pancakes based on a fermented milk product are very tasty. This recipe is notable for the availability of ingredients and ease of preparation. Ready-made pancakes will not leave anyone indifferent - they are attracted by their aroma and splendor.

Combine granulated sugar with chicken eggs in a convenient container. Beat the ingredients with a whisk.

Then add vanillin to the egg mixture for flavor, a pinch of salt, half of the required amount of kefir and soda. We mix everything and let the mixture stand until bubbles begin to appear - the kefir reacts with soda.

Then add another glass of flour, while stirring with a whisk and breaking the lumps.
