As a rule, kefir pancakes are prepared lush, but this absolutely does not exclude the possibility of making thin openwork pancakes from this fermented milk product. Just add boiling water to the dough. Cooking is not difficult and the dish is fast enough, especially when there is no time for cooking - it will come in handy.
