It would be a crime not to use this miracle of kitchen technology for making pancakes. How else can you mix all the products until you get a liquid homogeneous dough without a single lump in one to two minutes? Without the help of a blender - no way!

You need a blender for cooking. It is convenient to cook in a stationary one, since the dough is mixed already in the bowl and no unnecessary movements are required. If there is no stationary one, then, of course, you can mix the ingredients in a separate bowl and use the immersion type blender.

Break eggs into a blender and immediately add salt and sugar, according to the specified amount. Close the lid and turn on the blender for fifteen seconds.

We fall asleep at half the rate of flour and milk. Turn on the blender again and mix for half a minute.

Add the remaining amount of flour and milk, as well as vegetable oil. Close the lid and mix for another half minute. If you can see that uniformity has not been achieved, and there are lumps, turn on the blender for another half a minute.

Before the first pancake, grease the pan for baking pancakes with a small amount of vegetable oil and heat until hot on the stove. Pour the dough with a ladle and let it spread around the entire perimeter of the pan, tilting it in all directions. Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides on the medium temperature of the stove.
