We offer you a great snack option - egg pancakes with curd filling. They are prepared in a matter of minutes, and the result will amaze you with its taste and way of serving. The filling option depends on your imagination and the harmonious combination of ingredients in it. We settled on cottage cheese with vegetables - it turned out delicious and healthy!

We put a frying pan to warm up on medium heat, grease it a little with vegetable oil. Put 2-3 tablespoons of the egg mass in a hot pan, tilt the pan to the sides so that the mass spreads a little. The diameter of the pancakes is 16-18 cm, no more, otherwise they will be very thin. After the pancake is browned, turn it over and fry for 1-2 minutes. From the above amount of ingredients, we get 4 pancakes.
Egg pancakes are perfect with curd filling with vegetables. Peel the garlic, rinse it and pass it through a press, add it to the cottage cheese, add yogurt and salt there. Mix everything well. We wash the pepper, clean it from seeds and finely chop 1/4 of it. Add pepper to cottage cheese and mix. Optionally, you can add chopped greens to the cottage cheese, as well as red salted fish or ham.
