Pancakes are already prepared quite quickly, and if you use a mixer, then you can cook the dough of an ideal consistency in just a matter of minutes. You do not need to manually intensively knead the dough to get rid of the lumps - this will do the miracle of technology on its own.

To prepare the dough in the described way, it is convenient to use a tall measuring cup or jug. Later, you can simply pour the dough from it into the pan and not use the ladle.

We break the eggs into a glass or jug, pour in milk, add vegetable oil, salt and sugar, add the whole amount of flour at once. With a mixer, manually make a couple of movements to lower the flour into the liquid, otherwise it will fly into the air at the beginning of whipping. Now turn on the mixer and mix the ingredients until a smooth batter is obtained. If necessary, you can add a little more flour or milk to get the perfect consistency.

Preheat the pan, grease it before the first pancake with a little vegetable oil and bake the pancakes. Fry them on both sides until golden brown on the medium temperature of the stove.
