Chicken thigh platter in the oven

To cook tender and juicy chicken thighs in the oven, marinate them overnight in the sweet and moderately hot sauce of their balsamic vinegar, garlic and soy sauce. The sauce will saturate the meat and make it taste amazing. There can be any garnish for such hips: vegetables, pasta or rice, or you can simply serve it with tortillas.

Peel and chop the garlic, add oil, vinegar, add sugar, add soy sauce and pepper.

Fold the thighs into a mold and cover with the marinade. Close the lid and refrigerate for 2-8 hours, if possible.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish and place in the oven for 45 minutes.

After 15 minutes from the start of cooking, gently pour the sauce over the pieces of meat using a spoon. Repeat after another 15 minutes.
