Then place the tomatoes tightly. Boil water in a saucepan, add salt to it, stir and remove the brine from heat. Let it cool to a temperature of 70-75 degrees and fill the tomatoes with brine. Put the remaining greens and horseradish leaf on top of the tomatoes. We close the container with a lid and leave it at room temperature for 6-7 days. Then we put the tomatoes in the cold for 25-30 days.
