Thanks to this method of fermentation, tomatoes can be used at any stage of cooking. At first, the appetizer will be lightly salted, and later - salted, but at the same time it remains as useful as possible.

Close the blank with horseradish leaves on top. Pour cold drinking water into a saucepan, add salt and stir thoroughly to dissolve. You can leave the brine for this for 5 minutes. Pour liquid into a bucket, cover with a plate and place a press on top. Cover the piece with a lid and store in the cold. After 5 days, you can taste the crispy barrel tomatoes.
