Unripe tomatoes can be prepared in a simple way in a bucket. Folded in a bucket and cold cooked, they taste like barrels. Thanks to this method of fermentation, tomatoes can be used at any stage of cooking. At first, the appetizer will be lightly salted, and later - salted, but at the same time it remains as useful as possible.

Remove the husk from the garlic, rinse and cut into pointed wedges. Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly and lay them out on a towel to dry. Cut out the attachment point with the stalk in the tomatoes and insert a piece of garlic into this place.
