The recipe is simple, not laborious, does not take much of your time, but the result will surpass itself!

Preparing the filling. We thoroughly wash the lingonberry berries under running water, getting rid of all the leaves and twigs. Then we discard the berries in a colander and let the water drain. As soon as the water is glass, put the berries in a bowl and add sugar, starch and butter.

Lightly roll out the defrosted dough with a rolling pin. We put 1/3 of the dough aside (leave the part for decorations), and transfer the remaining dough to the bottom of the mold. With a fork we make punctures for even baking, and pinch the sides with our fingers.

Carefully transfer the filling onto the prepared bottom layer of dough, leaving no empty spaces.

Roll out the remaining dough and sprinkle with flour. Then, with a sharp knife, we make parallel cuts of about 1.5-2 centimeters each. With both hands, carefully lift the layer and lay it on top of the filling, cutting off the extra edges in shape.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send our cake to bake for about 40 minutes.
