Homemade blueberry baked goods are always delicious. The combination of sweet tender dough with light blueberry sourness is also to the taste of those who do not like this berry. The dough is kneaded with fresh yeast, and the ingredients for it are lean and low in calories. You are invited to form them in the form of a roll, which will differ from ordinary buns in both shape and special taste.

Pour one and a half glasses of warm water into a bowl for kneading dough and dilute the required amount of fresh yeast in it. Then add two tablespoons of sugar and three tablespoons of flour and whisk everything until smooth. This will be a brew for the test. Place the dough for 15 minutes in any warm place so that it rises. After this time, add the rest of the flour to the risen dough, pour in the required amount of vegetable oil, add a pinch of salt and knead the dough with your hands.

Roll the kneaded dough into a bun, cover with a napkin and leave warm for 15 minutes to rise.

Wrap the dough that has come up a little with your hand and cut into three pieces. Roll each piece on a floured countertop into a flat cake up to 1.5 cm thick. Spread the prepared blueberries evenly on the flat cakes.

Gently roll the blueberry dough into rolls, securing the horizontal seam with your fingers.

Then cut the rolls with a sharp knife into pieces 4–5 cm thick. Pinch the bottom edge of these pieces tightly. Place the formed rolls on a baking sheet, greased with a little oil or lined with baking paper. Leave the buns on a baking sheet and preferably warm for 20 minutes to prove.

Then bake the blueberry buns in the 220 ° C oven for 30–35 minutes until golden brown, depending on your oven. Remove the baked blueberry buns with yeast dough from the baking sheet, spread with butter on top, cool for 20 minutes under a towel and serve.
