A recipe for lovers of squash caviar. Thanks to him, you do not have to spend a long time near the stove, constantly stirring the caviar and making sure that it does not burn. And it turns out to be surprisingly tender and fragrant.

Wash all vegetables well. Peel off the zucchini. Peel the carrots. Peel the onion and garlic. Peel the bell pepper from seeds and partitions.

Cut all vegetables into large pieces and place in a roasting sleeve. Pour sunflower oil into the bag, add salt and spices to taste. Use a toothpick to puncture the bag several times and place it on a baking sheet in the oven. Bake vegetables at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
