We offer a simple recipe for Korean cabbage with carrots and beets. The advantage of this method is that the cabbage will be ready in six to eight hours. As you marinate further, the vegetables will become even richer and more crunchy.

We prepare vegetables: we clean the head of cabbage from the upper leaves, rinse, dry. Peel, wash, dry the beets and carrots. Cut the cabbage leaves into small squares, carrots and beets into cubes. Peel the garlic.

Put the prepared chopped vegetables in layers in a pickling container. The last layer should be beets.
