Hot peppers and garlic give tomatoes a pleasant spicy flavor, and dill gives the aroma of fresh herbs. Cooking tomatoes takes no more than half an hour, while tomatoes should be pickled for several days, resulting in a delicious appetizer of fresh tomatoes with herbs.

Put tomatoes, chopped dill, chopped peppers and finely chopped garlic in a clean plastic bag. Add salt and sugar, release air from the bag, tie the edges and shake the bag for 2-3 minutes so that the spices are evenly distributed over the tomatoes. We put the bag in a deep bowl and leave for 2-3 days to marinate the tomatoes.
