Quick dough for pizza with kefir in the oven

Pizza dough can be made without using yeast. This base turns out to be thin, airy and tender - ideal for oven-baked pizza.

Pour kefir into a bowl, break one egg, add salt and pour in sunflower oil.

Mix flour with baking soda and sift through a sieve. There is no need to extinguish soda, kefir will cope with this. Add flour in small portions to a bowl and knead the dough.
