Very tasty, easy-to-prepare and high-quality dough for pies can be made on kefir without using yeast. It is easy to replace them with a baking powder, which together with kefir give the same result. The dough is elastic, dense and appetizing! Simply delicious!

Pour kefir into a deep container and add an egg, sugar, salt and baking powder to it. Mix everything thoroughly.

Now we sift the flour through a strainer and in small portions introduce it into the liquid mass, knead the dough.
