Quick salted cucumbers on mineral water in a jar

I want to share another favorite recipe for quick salted cucumbers in mineral water. The process of preparing such cucumbers will take a minimum of your time. You can cook such cucumbers in a jar or in another container. The process of preparing a snack is a sheer pleasure.

Prepare the required amount of cucumbers. Choose small, young cucumbers. Wash them well in cool running water, and then place them in a deep container. Cover with cold water and leave to soak for about an hour and a half.

In the meantime, prepare a jar in which you will salt the cucumbers. Wash it well in warm water and baking soda. If desired, it can be sterilized in the microwave or in a water bath. Rinse the dill, horseradish leaves and cherries thoroughly in cool water, and then shake off excess moisture. Peel the garlic and then rinse in cool water. At the bottom of a sterile jar, place a few sprigs of dill and a few cherry leaves, as well as a couple of garlic cloves.

Remove the cucumbers from the pan, rinse in cold water, then pat dry on a kitchen towel. Then cut off the ends and place them as tightly as possible in the prepared jar. Top with the remaining greens, as well as bay leaves, horseradish leaves, and allspice peas.
