I want to share another favorite recipe for quick salted cucumbers in mineral water. The process of preparing such cucumbers will take a minimum of your time. You can cook such cucumbers in a jar or in another container. The process of preparing a snack is a sheer pleasure.

In the meantime, prepare a jar in which you will salt the cucumbers. Wash it well in warm water and baking soda. If desired, it can be sterilized in the microwave or in a water bath. Rinse the dill, horseradish leaves and cherries thoroughly in cool water, and then shake off excess moisture. Peel the garlic and then rinse in cool water. At the bottom of a sterile jar, place a few sprigs of dill and a few cherry leaves, as well as a couple of garlic cloves.
Tighten the jar with a lid, after pouring boiling water over it, and leave at room temperature for 6-8 hours. Then transfer to refrigerator for 4 hours. Serve ready-made salted cucumbers with your favorite dishes. Lightly salted cucumbers, prepared in this way, go well with meat dishes, for example, with a shish kebab.
