Quick cheese cakes with milk in a hurry

A quick cheesecake recipe that's just perfect for breakfast. In literally ten to fifteen minutes you can prepare delicious juicy pastries with a golden brown crust and mouth-watering aroma. Such cakes will go with a bang with a cup of coffee or tea. The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for four servings. After cooling, the cakes are no longer so tasty, as they become more dense and dry. But you can reheat them in the microwave - the creamy juiciness of the cheese returns.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
The dough can be kneaded traditionally by hand, but it is much faster and more convenient to do it in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Break eggs into a bowl, immediately add salt, black pepper to taste and granulated sugar in the specified amount. Pour in warm milk and add sifted flour. We turn on the device and mix everything together until a completely homogeneous mass is obtained. Rub the hard cheese on a coarse grater and pour the resulting shavings into a bowl. Now we wash and dry the herbs: it can be dill, parsley, green onion feathers, rosemary, thyme - according to your taste and desire. Grind the prepared greens with a knife and pour into a bowl with dough and cheese. Mix quickly again. The dough is ready, you can start frying the cakes.
step 2 out of 5
Pour a small amount of odorless vegetable oil into the pan. We heat until hot on the stove. At the same time, the temperature of the plate is medium-low. Using a tablespoon or ladle, spread the cheese dough into the hot oil and gently line it over the bottom of the pan. We make the thickness of the cakes at our own request. They should not be made too thin, since there will be no juiciness, and too thick ones will not bake. The optimum thickness is four to five millimeters. If you use a large-diameter frying pan, you can completely pour out the entire volume of the dough, thus preparing one large cake. Close the pan with a lid and fry the cake for about six to seven minutes until golden brown.
step 3 out of 5
Open the lid and gently turn the cake over to the other side with a wide flat spatula. We fry it on the other side also for six to seven minutes, already until tender. It is not necessary to cover with a lid.
step 4 out of 5
Remove the finished cake from the pan and transfer to a serving plate. You can dry the cake with a paper towel to remove the excess oil. If there is still dough left, fry more cakes in the same way. Add more vegetable oil to the pan if necessary.
step 5 out of 5
We serve hot cakes to the table. Cut into portions if necessary.

Bon Appetit!
