Quick kvass from chicory

Chicory gives the hoppy drink a pleasant coffee flavor with a mild nutty aroma. To prepare such an unusual and aromatic kvass, you don't need to put in a lot of effort. It is enough to carry out several actions at a certain time interval - and you can enjoy the unsurpassed taste and quench your thirst.

In a saucepan of cold water, dilute the above ingredients, except yeast. Stir vigorously and bring to a boil. After that, leave the liquid to cool to 40 degrees (otherwise the yeast will die).
