Here's a delicious and healthy wholegrain bread with malt recipe made in a bread maker. The bread is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Cook and you will forever forget what store-bought bread is!

Measure out the required amount of rye malt.

Pour in prepared hot water and mix well. Leave to swell for 20 minutes.

Put the resulting mass in the bowl of the bread maker. Sift whole grain rye flour. Add granulated sugar, salt and milk powder. Pour in dry yeast.
