Caesar salad with shrimps and croutons

Caesar with shrimp and croutons will satisfy those who love seafood, because in addition to tiger prawns, the sea taste is present in the sauce in the form of anchovies. For this salad, it is best to purchase romaine lettuce, it is juicy and crunchy.

Rinse the shrimp, peel and carefully remove the intestinal vein. Fold into a container.

Pour olive oil into a bowl, add peeled garlic clove, passed through a press. Season the marinade with pepper and salt to your liking.

Pour the resulting marinade over the shrimp, mix, tighten the bowl with cling film. Let stand for about 10 minutes. on the table, then fry in a pan for about 5 minutes. until ready.

To prepare the sauce, combine mustard, capers, 2 tbsp. l. grated cheese, 100 g of anchovies (fillets), natural yogurt and mayonnaise. Punch with a blender until a smooth sauce is obtained.

Wash the salad, shake off the water and let dry on paper towels. Tear it into pieces with your hands and put it in a wide salad bowl.
