Zucchini pasties with minced meat

A simple and tasty dish made from zucchini and minced meat. This is especially true when the season for young squash begins. Instead of the usual dough, tender squash pancakes are baked.

If the zucchini has hard skin, then it must be cut off. Grate the courgette and one onion.
