Chebureks on kefir with potatoes

Chebureki with potatoes is another version of the famous dish. They can be served as a standalone snack and are filling and nutritious. But it is the potatoes that make the recipe so simple and convenient.

Mix kefir, sour cream and melted butter using a mixer.
