Chebureks on kefir with meat in a pan

Chebureks on kefir dough always turn out juicy and very tasty. They will remain soft and cool. You quickly knead the kefir dough and easily roll it into a thin cake. When frying, the dough will bubble nicely, and the juice from the filling will not flow into the pan. Any minced meat is suitable for the filling.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Pour the required amount of sifted flour into a separate bowl and mix it with baking soda and salt.
step 2 out of 6
Heat the kefir a little in the microwave. Pour half the flour into the bowl for kneading the dough, pour in warm kefir and mix everything with a spoon. Then add the rest of the flour and knead the dough well with your hand so that it does not stick to your palm.
step 3 out of 6
Roll the kneaded dough into a bun, put in a bowl, cover with a piece of film or a napkin and leave to rest for 1.5 hours.
step 4 out of 6
During this time, prepare the filling. Peel and chop the onions in a blender or finely chop. Transfer the chopped onion to the minced meat, add salt and black pepper to your liking. To make the filling juicy, add 50 ml (as much as possible) of boiled water to the minced meat. You can replace water with kefir. Then mix the minced meat thoroughly with a spoon.
step 5 out of 6
Cut the rested dough into pieces and roll them into thin cakes. Then spread the prepared minced meat on the flat cakes in an even layer and form beautiful pasties.
step 6 out of 6
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet. Fry the pasties in it until golden brown on both sides.

Bon Appetit!
