For a daily menu or a treat for guests according to this recipe, you can cook pasties with chicken and cheese. To prepare juicy and crispy pasties, the dough should be thin, there are not many fillings and it is advisable to deep-fry them, otherwise they will turn out flat and tough. Knead the dough in water with the addition of butter. For the filling, take minced chicken or chop the chicken fillet.

Transfer the minced chicken to a separate bowl. Grate a piece of hard cheese and a peeled onion and add them to the minced meat.
