Chebureks with chicken breast

Chebureks, probably, are not liked only by those who have never tried them. The chicken breast filling gives these baked goods a different taste in comparison with traditional pasties. The breast must either be cut into small pieces, or chopped quickly and at low speed in a food processor. Knead the dough in water, flour and egg. It rolls out easily into a thin cake and holds the filling well when frying.

Rinse the chicken fillet, dry with a napkin, cut into cubes and chop in the bowl of a blender or food processor at low speed to make the minced meat in small pieces. Transfer the resulting minced meat to a separate bowl.
