Prepare jars with lids in advance. We send the container with berries to medium heat. After boiling, the mass should be on the fire for five minutes. Remember to stir the currants so they don't burn. Now all that remains is to pour the jam into the jars and tighten the lids. We recommend wrapping jars of currants in your own juice for eight to twelve hours.
