Garlic arrows with egg

Garlic arrows fried with an egg is a very satisfying and aromatic dish. Combined with cheese, they become even juicier and more satisfying and can easily replace a whole meal. Serve the arrows with the egg hot, sprinkle with fresh herbs and add crispy toast.

We thoroughly wash the garlic arrows from dirt and dust. Cut off the ends, remove the yellowed stems.

In a saucepan, heat the water to a boil, add some salt and lower the arrows. Cook for ten minutes.

Put the boiled arrows in a colander and let the liquid drain. Let the arrows themselves cool down a little. Then we cut the stems into pieces three to four centimeters long.

Peel and rinse the onion.

Cut the onion into half rings, the feathers into small pieces.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, put chopped onion in it along with chopped garlic arrows, mix and fry over medium temperature until the onion has a slight blush. Put butter and mix.
