Cheesecake without cookies

Cheesecake is a dessert where you can give free rein to your imagination. You can experiment with cakes, use cream cheese or cottage cheese, decorate the dessert with berries, fruits, chocolate or other products. This way you can create your perfect cheesecake.

Grate the oil, add 170 grams of flour and salt, mix. Add egg and 50 grams of powdered sugar, knead the dough. Wrap the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Rub the curd through a sieve or chop in a blender.

Divide 4 eggs into whites and yolks.

Into the cottage cheese, in turn, add all the yolks, 120 grams of sugar and 30 grams of flour, mix everything thoroughly or beat with a mixer. Add cream and stir again.

In a separate container, beat the whites until firm, dense foam. Toss whipped egg whites with curd.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it into a 4 mm thick layer. Place the dough in a round shape and form a cheesecake base.

Put the curd mass on the dough, flatten. Place the dish in the oven, bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes, then lower the temperature to 150 degrees, bake for another 20 minutes and let the cheesecake stand in the oven at 125 degrees for another 12 minutes. Cool the cheesecake by opening the oven door slightly.
