Let's start by making the dough for the base of our cheesecake. To do this, you need to grind the cookies. In this case, we recommend using a blender. Then we combine the crushed cookies with melted butter and thoroughly mix the resulting mass.

Now let's get down to stuffing. We send cottage cheese to the blender, 250 ml. milk, sugar, vanillin. Beat everything until a homogeneous mass is formed. Pour the remaining milk into a separate container and pour gelatin into it. We put everything on a small fire, remembering to stir constantly. Then pour the gelatin dissolved in milk into the curd mass, mix everything and cover our cheesecake base with it. We send our dessert to the refrigerator for several hours so that its filling thickens.
