Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Pour gelatin with cold water to swell. Use a blender to crush the cookies or grind them in another way. Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove, but do not bring it to a boil.
step 2 out of 8
Stir the crumb and butter until they turn into a homogeneous mass, and then put it in a baking dish and place in the refrigerator.
step 3 out of 8
Beat the cottage cheese with vanilla and sugar with a blender until a homogeneous, smooth mass.
step 4 out of 8
Add sugar to taste and beat again until smooth.
step 5 out of 8
Whip the cream with a mixer to get a smooth, fluffy mass, to which you can add a little sugar when whipping.
step 6 out of 8
In order for the gelatin to completely dissolve, it needs to be heated a little in the microwave or in a water bath, then let it cool. Armed with a mixer, mix the cream, gelatin and curd until smooth.
step 7 out of 8
Pour the curd mixture onto the base of the cheesecake, which must be removed from the refrigerator, twist the mold in a circle, without lifting its bottom from the table - this way the mass will take on an even smoother shape. Let the cheesecake stand in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
step 8 out of 8
Decorate the top of the finished cheesecake as you like and serve the cake to the table.

Bon Appetit!
