How to make a cake when you have half an hour? Make a no-bake cheesecake with cottage cheese gelatin. A delicate dessert that melts in your mouth is quick to prepare, it is not difficult and it will create a holiday on your table.

Melt butter in the microwave or water bath. Just don't overheat it.

Break the cookies into small pieces and grind into crumbs in a blender.

Transfer the crumb to the butter, knead well with your hands. Place the base in a bowl with high sides (a springform pan is a great option) and flatten on the bottom. Place in the freezer.

In a water bath, melt the chocolate to a liquid texture. To do this, put a pot of water on the fire, and in it place a bowl with a bar of chocolate broken into pieces. The water should not rise into the bowl.

Grind the curd in a blender so that it becomes smooth, without lumps and has a creamy texture. Add some of the cream and stir. Pour in sugar and the rest of the cream. The cream should not turn out to be liquid. Adjust the consistency with cream.
