Cheesecake is a very popular dessert with a creamy and silky texture. Let's prepare a cheese pie in a bain-marie in the oven. This method will allow you to bake the dessert evenly and avoid cracks in the delicate filling.

Grind the cookies into small crumbs using a food processor or transfer them to a tight bag and roll them out with a rolling pin. Add soft butter to cookies and mix until smooth.

Take a mold, brush with butter, spread the shortbread dough over the bottom and form the sides.
