Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 12
Let's make a shortbread cheesecake dough. Sift wheat flour into a bowl, add vanillin and granulated sugar to it. We mix everything. Then put the margarine in the dry mixture and rub it with your hands. We do this quickly until a homogeneous crumb is obtained.
step 2 out of 12
After that, drive the egg into the working container and then knead the dough. You do not need to knead it thoroughly, it is enough to collect the dough into a lump.
step 3 out of 12
Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes.
step 4 out of 12
Wash the orange thoroughly and remove the zest from it. At this stage, you can already turn on the oven by setting the temperature to 170 degrees.
step 5 out of 12
In a separate bowl, mix together cottage cheese, cream (150 ml), granulated sugar, vanillin and orange zest.
step 6 out of 12
Next, arm yourself with a blender and beat everything until a homogeneous paste is formed.
step 7 out of 12
Then we drive one egg into the resulting mass and, using a mixer, beat everything until smooth.
step 8 out of 12
The next step - the remaining cream must be mixed with starch and then introduced into the curd mass. Mix everything again with a mixer.
step 9 out of 12
We take out the finished shortbread dough from the refrigerator and put it in a mold (the bottom can be covered with parchment). We form a base with sides.
step 10 out of 12
Next, we spread the curd filling into the base. We send the cheesecake to bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes.
step 11 out of 12
Cool the finished cheesecake in the mold and then put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
step 12 out of 12
Decorate the finished cheesecake with hot chocolate or leftover orange slices, if desired.

Enjoy your tea!
