An excellent version of homemade cottage cheese and sour cream dessert will be no worse than the one that will be offered to you in the cafe. It is not so difficult to prepare it, in addition, you can always add or decorate the recipe with your favorite chocolate, berries or nuts.

Grind the cookies until finely crumbled. You can do this by beating it with a rolling pin, or using a blender. Mix softened butter with 50 grams of sugar, add sand crumbs. You should have an elastic mass.
