  • Shortbread cookies ─ 300 gr.
  • Butter ─ 100 g.
  • Cream cheese ─ 600 g.
  • Sugar ─ 150 g.
  • Chicken egg ─ 3 pcs.
  • High fat cream ─ 200 ml.

Cooking process:

  1. All products used must be removed from the refrigerator in advance and left to warm to room temperature. This will take about 30 minutes.
  2. For the base of the biscuit, use a layer of shortbread cookies. For its preparation, you can take any cookie to taste, but it must be shortbread. You can use white, dark, hazelnut or regular baby biscuits. It is better to give preference to homemade cookies cooked in butter without margarine, then the dish will not only be tasty, but also healthy.
  3. To prepare a cheesecake, you will need sand crumbs; for this, pre-prepared cookies need to be crushed using a blender or food processor.
