The cheesecake prepared according to this recipe is distinguished by moderate sweetness, the presence of a tropical mango note and a slight sourness from passionfruit. The combination of fruits makes the cheesecake incredibly aromatic and tart in taste. Cheesecake with exotic fruits cannot but be pleasant - it turns out to be sweet and sour, unusual and juicy.

Grind shortbread cookies using a blender. Then melt the butter and combine it with the cookies.

We take a detachable form and put the resulting sand mass into it, forming a base with sides. Next, we put the form with the base in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. We turn on and heat up the oven to a temperature of 150 degrees.

Let's move on to preparing the filling. Place the mascarpone, cottage cheese, eggs, granulated sugar, sour cream and vanilla extract in a blender bowl.

Beat all the ingredients until a smooth cheese mass is formed.
