The peculiarity of this cheesecake is that it does not need to be baked in the oven. The cooking process is faster and easier. However, it still takes time for the creamy mass to solidify and the infusion of the dessert. Therefore, it is convenient to cook it overnight, and the very next day you can enjoy it.

Pour gelatin with water and set to swell. Grind the cookies into crumbs using a blender and pour into a bowl. Melt the butter and mix with the crumb.
