step 12 out of 17
Place the mold in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. To ensure that the filling is baked evenly and does not burn, cover with foil so that it does not touch the filling.
step 13 out of 17
Remove the cooked cheesecake from the oven and let cool for about 15 minutes, then carefully remove the pan and place the cheesecake on the prepared dish.
step 14 out of 17
Rinse the strawberries well under running water, dry, peel off the tails and cut into thin slices. Place the chopped strawberries on top of the cheesecake. Put the cake jelly in a saucepan, add the required amount of drinking water and granulated sugar specified in the instructions.
step 15 out of 17
Spread the hot jelly gently and evenly over the berries.
step 16 out of 17
Cover the finished cheesecake with something to keep it cool and refrigerate for a couple of hours. During this time, the jelly will harden and the cheesecake will acquire the correct texture.
step 17 out of 17
Serve chilled cheesecake in portions.
